Hello everyone. I have various TpLink devices like bulbs, plugs and everything works well with Kasa App. Recently I bought an NC450 camera (TpLink product) and a smart lock, Danalock V3 Euro arrangement. NC450 works perfectly with tp link camera app, so does also the smart lock with the separate Danalock app. The issue is that none of these work with Kasa app, neither can they be connected with SR20 TpLink smart router that I have. SR20 supports both Z-wave and Zigbee protocols but , surprisingly, Danalock with Z-wave protocol cannot connect to it. I have tried even moving the router in 1 m distance but nothing works.

On the other hand, having TpLink NC450 camera working neither with TpLink kasa app nor with TpLink SR20 smart router is not that "smart".

Can you advise how I can integrate NC450 and Danalock into one smart system, with hub the SR20 router? My main purpose is having them all working together.

Thanks for your requesting.

The NC450 is the cloud camera, unlike the KC series camera, it is managed by the tpCamera app, not Kasa app; and it is not a smart home device, we can connect it to the SR20 to get internet to make it work only.

For the smart lock, I'm afraid that it is not listed in the smart home device compatibility list of SR20 that is why we cannot use the kasa app to manage it.

We are sorry but have to tell you that there is no method to manage them in one system.
