Add one more looking to disable the mic on my camera. Will need that functionality before purchasing another.  Need to decide if I'm keeping this one.

so its 2021 and i guess they dont support the product anymore? the mute the sound option does not work u can not make mute the mic on the camera so much for privacy setting they must want to always record what we are listening to and our conversations.

@Brook This should be a high priority for TP-Link and Kasa as the current configuration does not allow the ability to disable the microphone. Most states in the US require consent for recording or broadcast of audio (or notification that it is being recorded) and your default condition violates the laws of several states.

No fix yet?? I just purchased this camera and will be returning it !  Great price but definitely not happy with this audio problem

@Brook has it been done yet as there has been plenty of time to do it or are kasa just gonna carry on ignoring everyone
