New Firmware Update problem 1.5.1 in NC450 v.2.0
Three hours ago, that I made the new firmware update(1.5.1) starts the problem.
Everything was working great BUT now i can't see what is saved in the sd. I mean that when i want to see what happened for example before 15 minutes i can not. Everything else is working great excepts that. And this makes the camera useless if i can't see what happend before..
What can i do to fix it?? And how...???

Same here. Facing the same problem too. Resetted the camera and rebooted it many times and still unable to review the previously recorded videos.

I'm glad that the new version of the firmware has appeared and I have hope that it fix all the problems from ver. 1.5.0.
I'm currently testing new 1.5.1 ver. but I will wait witch my assasment until new ver. of tpCamera app will appeares - at this moment the app shows that there is new version but it still not available on google play.
But I can show what I received on my email when I was testing SMTP on my NC450 cam:

Now I check again from my iphones and ipad with 4G data and everything works great. The problem suddenly solved...
All the problem was at home that i tested via wifi network only.
I will check again when I return at home and i will see if the problem solved magically

Now that I returned home the problem still exists.. From 4g network everything is fine in the application but in wifi connection works only the live streaming. I can not see what hane happened before... I can not understand what goes wrong..

Same problem here. V2.1 and I cannot access the recording in the timeline when on wifi. It says "Impossible to play" (rough spanish translation).
Needless to say, I'm a bit dissapointed. Firmware updates are supposed to fix problems, not create them.

I went on friend's house before some hours and i connect my iphone in his wifi. Then I use my tp link app and at the timeline record everything was working fine..the same thing happens with data connection too.
The problem exists only in my house's wifi (speed 10mbps) that the camera is connected the last 6 months until yesterday at 13.30 (Greece time) that I made the damn update.. Unfortunately nobody from the TpLink can give an answer... too bad for them!

I have tried to downgrade it to version 1.5.0 but always failed. Can a technical engineer plz help me downgrade in the previous version??

@Lefteris_7 I have the same issue with my 2 NC450s (V.2.0 and V.2.1) both on firmware 1.5.1. I did reboots and factory resets to no avail. Even tried different SD cards and same issue persisted. Very frustrating.

@Lefteris_7 I can also access recordings using Internet access outside of my house. Interesting....
