Model: LB100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.8.6

Rest my router then I want to connect the bulb to the new WiFi, but it won’t connect. Try soft and hard reset, nothing is working. Changed the base too.

Please hard reset it again by turn it on and off for 5 times at a slower rate.

 

Then you will see the default open smart bulb's wifi.

 

Click here to configure the LB100; and you can choose “I‘ve connected to the smart bulb” manually to give it a go.

Besides, you can try to reinstall the kasa app and move the bulb closer to the main router to configure it. Even change another cellphone.
