Buggy RSSI indicator in Omada Controller?

there is probably a bug in Omada Controller (all versions from 2.7.0 to 3.1.13) with the RSSI indicator in the »Clients« list: if the signal quality is below -95dBm, the signal indicator shows full signal:
Shouldn't the bars be grayed out completely in this case?
