Hs210 won't firmware update

Have the same issue however the updater doesnt have the correct firmware.... Where can I download the correct 1.5.5 for HS200?? Current version on tool is 1.5.4

Downloaded file and 1.5.4 is newest firmware....

I tried to download at our end to double check it, and it does has the firmware 1.5.5 for HS210.

Sorry, earlier post I had put that I am looking for HS200 1.5.5 not the HS210. While the HS210 reflects the change the HS200 firmware remains unchanged.

I have an HS200 that won't update the firmware either - the Android app starts the update but then it fails and I have to manually reboot the switch.
I downloaded that tool but th tool scan does not see the HS200 swtich needing an upgrade.
Any ideas? I have two HS200 swtiches. One upgraded fine, the other does not.

Hi
I'm facing the same issue with two HS200. One is older, it's v1.5.2, remote control works and Alexa can see it and control it, no problem.
Just got a new one, it's v1.5.3. It refuses to enable the remote control (say's that has no internet connection), Alexa can't add it.
So to solve the issue I thought of updating the firmware, but this also doesn't work for me, doesn't even get to 1%.
Found this discussion here, I guess the tool will do the job, but links are down. Could you kindly re-upload it ?
