Redoing my setup and now have my devices on a mgmt lan separate from rest of servers and misc devices. Router doesn't want to connect to controller even with option 138 configured correctly. My Switch

I'm trying to use option 138 to manage devices on different subnet than the controller. All switch and AP's work, Router does not. Router - ER7206v1.0 version 1.2.3 IP - 192.165.1.1 Switch - TL-SG2210
