What mode is your Virgin hub in now? Perhaps try the Virgin hub in router mode first, then set up Deco’s, then change Virgin hub to Modem mode or visa versa….

@Solla-topee Thanks for this, only got my RE550 yesterday and initially thought there was an issue with the device! Ive installed the beta firmware and it seems to have resolved the issue straight...

@999frogs Ive got the virgin hub 3 in modem mode with an AX20 router, make sure you use the top ethernet port on the back of the hub when in router mode.

@ukmartian The Virgin Media community site is very good for issues like you are experiencing. A lot of helpful people on there who could help you with the Virgin media router.

@Andrexs can you not block this via the ISP websafe controls?
