Hi @KKZ, Unlike other Omada managed devices, the controller doesn't (to the best of my knowledge) have a management vlan/layer 3 settings so it should be accessable like a regular device by default....

@Procorp, By default it should just be a bridged connection between the two ports on the EAP. Are you using the POE injector that came with the EAP245? Were you able to rule out a problem in the POE...
