How can I control smart bulb from smart Dimmer HS220 without changing bulb line voltage? At least to dim bulb and switching it on/off. Is there any software solution?

Currently smart action allow by turning switch on and off, to control a client device status. I need opozite action, if client device is on or off, switch should go in correspondent state as well....
