@Somnus changing to a 24V 1A poe did not fix my issue. I have swapped out every part of my original setup at this point. It workee fine for over a year and a half.

CPE210s were connecting fine, at the time was the modem was proving me with different public IPs every time I connected, resulting in a connection to the modem, but never getting a connection.
