you should disable these security options: security > advanced security > ○ Forbid Ping Packet From WAN Port ○ Forbid Ping Packet From LAN Port

@TPTHZ I got the same problem. they can ping each other by connection to another router that I had. Something should change or set on my tplink router. TL-WR841HP
