Okay, managed to get the EAP to connect to the laptop, changed it's IP address to a static one that I have reserved on the router for it (192.168.1.200), then managed to connect to it from my laptop...

Okay, ended up having to plug the EAP225 directly into my laptop to adjust it's IP address (router is 192.168.1.1 vs 192.168.1.0 that the EAP's need). Reset them all and seem to be working again.
