CPE 510 multi point ion straight line

want to connect 2 houses in an urban area to my home network.
The houses are in a straight line from my house
Both houses are in line of sight with no obstructions
I am on the top of a hill looking down on the 2 houses.
The first is about 70m; the second 150m
I have already connected the first house using 2 x CPE510 in a point to point configuration and very pleased with the results
I have 2 questions
1. can I connect the third house using a third CPE510 or do I need to set up a second point to point using 2 more CPE510
2. If I only need a total of 3 CPE510s then can I simply add the third as another client with a fixed IP or do I need to change the 'server' and the existing first client.
