as per datasheet Tl-WA7210N Coverage Range is 5+ kms but i am getting only 200 meters in open air.

Use parabolic antennas.
Build-in antenna in the WA-7210 is not suitable for long distance point-to-point, it is only suitable for short distance or multi-user.

datasheet doesn't promise every scenario.
My installation is 3.4Km PTP, clear LOS but there are some other 2.4GHz signals around. In my case I get a throughput of 20Mbps.
Interference and observation always matters.
As the wireless network administrator you need to create conditions and overcome the physical difficulties in order to achieve better performance.
You can use external antennas such as TL-ANT2424B (pigtail cables needed). You can also switch to 5GHz CPE510. This model performs much better as a 5GHz AP.
