Tried to plug the camera to other POE ports?
If you just connect it and disconnect other cameras, does it work? Maybe it is a camera issue? Did you contact camera support?

I rebooted the switch and now they work fine.I have no idea if it's a camera or switch issue.Just wonder what would cause this.

I'm having a similar problem
Model : TL-SG1008P v2.0

using with Lorex NVR LNR1182 and Asus RT-N66W N900 Dual-Band Wireless Gigabit Router

I hook up 2 cameras on the POE ports. Camera #1 works perfectly all the time. Camera #2 one has green POE status, but the link/act light goes out goes out 2-3x/day. I tried power cycling the NVR, but that doesn't fix it. I tried plugging/unplugging the camera, but it also doesn't work. Only power cycling the switch fixes it. Is my switch defective? I am considering contacting Lorex, but I noticed someone else is having a similar problem here.

I too have a POE powering up problem I have just purchased a brand new TL-SG1008P EU/4.0 and a TL-WA901ND that I want to run as an Access Point but non of the POE sockets on the switch will power the AP. I have used multiple cables and socket combinations but nothing works. Does anyone have any recommendations please.

"I want to run as an Access Point but non of the POE sockets on the switch will power the AP"

Do you mean none of the POE connections are working, or you're trying to use the POE to power the AP?

I have one cable that connects my cable modem to the AP, then one that connects AP to the POE switch. The modem is missing from this picture, but it looks like this: http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/v/vspfiles/assets/images/poe-switch-for-ip-camera-wiring-diagram.jpg

Can't work. The TL-SG1008P uses 802.3af PoE, which is 48 volts. The TL-WA901ND uses passive PoE using 24 volts.
