How to make tplink 5210g a repeater?

Hardware Version : Not Clear

So basically at my balcony I can connect to WiFi signals that I can't connect in my house
I have a tplink 5210g, and what i want to do is to put it in my balcony and send the signal inside my house, but not as ethernet as wifi because I have a lot of devices in my house

But as you know I can't access the router's settings of my neighbor. So what am i supposed to do?
