TL-SG105 Firmware Update

I am unable to determine if my device requires an update because in order to update the firmware, I am asked to provide the correct "NVM" and "PIB." I don't even know the incorrect NVM or PIB. Where do I find this information? If anyone can help, I will be very appreciative.

PS Does anyone else encounter the problem of receiving the error message, "The answer given for the random question was incorrect." even though I entered it correctly? This has happened on multiple occasions and must be a glitch...it is annoying, that is certain.
