I have the TL-SG105 desktop switch. I cannot find this model in any of the forums, and the model number was not an option in the drop down box under "model number" required when creating this post. But this is not my problem.
I am unable to update the firmware. When I start the Power Link utility and select update firmware, I am asked to enter the correct "PIB" and "NVM."
What is PIB and NVM? Where do I find this information?
