WAN Online Detection Offline
I've been experiencing ER605 WAN Online Detection Offline almost every single day but yesterday was by far the worse. I couldnt even access to internet at all. If anyone ever encounter such issue and ever solved it, please guide me through. or i should just abandoned TP Link Omada product and go for Ubiquiti instead.
Below is what i've been using.
Controller - OC200
Router - ER605 v2
Switch - SG2218P v1.1
AP - EAP650 Outdoor v1
AP - EAP653 v1 x2
AP - EAP670 v2

Hi @Melvinp
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Do you examine your direct connection from the ISP?
I don't think replacing a router would yield a difference. The loss of your packet is factual as far as I think.

Hi @Clive_A, i've tried to unplug my cable from ONT and do a ping test directly to ONT, everything works fine. but once i re-plug the cable back to the switch, it will started timed-out. i've contact my ISP provider and everything works fine at their end.

Ping result when you connect directly to the ISP modem-router. Use ping -t and the result screenshot.
WAN information while the Omada router is connected to the modem-router.
PC directly connected to the router LAN port. Run the ping directly from the computer. Result.
What's your LAN subnet? LAN config.
This is the second time you reported such an issue. What happened last time? How did you resolve it last time or was it never resolved?

But some information I require is still missing.
This looks really bad as far as I can see. Your line is not stable. It is through, but not stable enough. I cannot judge based on the given information.
Preliminary conclusion is WAN is not stable.
