Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Hi all,

i hope everyone is well.

I have an ER7212PC V1 (Firmware 1.2.0) and I am having an issue with NAT loopback.

We have a web server running on the internal LAN, port forwarded to WAN. Accessing externally via the IP or DNS works fine, but accessing internally via the DNS/external IP does not work.

This is obviously a NAT loopback issue but I cannot find the option to enable/configure this, nor any documentation online?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as the only thing I found a technician made a ticket, so no idea how to resolve it: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/672190

Thank you in advance!

Best regards, Jack.

Hi @JackCalloway

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

So in his case, he got an extra router on the WAN. Port forwarded twice. And that doesn't work for the NAT loopback of course. That's no longer an issue with the NAT loopback.

What about your case?
