Switch bricked during upgrade

Model: TL-SG2008
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: From 3.0.9 to 3.0.12

Team,

This morning, I tried to upgrade a SG2008 switch from 3.0.9 to 3.0.12

The upgrade failed. It looks as if the switch is bricked - even a factory reset with the reset switch is not possible.

Any suggestions?

With warm regards - Will

Hi @ITV

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
There is no recovery mode for the switch. You can consider the RMA if it does not work properly anymore.
