Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 5.0.8

when adding my eap113 device to the cloud using serial number it cannot be added and show The device is not in the Allow list. please help me solve this i read the cloud compatibility and eap113 is present..

this is mostly because of no internet access.

Is the Internet of the EAP113-outdoor working?
