It turns out that the EAP113-outdoor is not compatible with Omada cloud-based controller standard.

Below is the compatible list:

 Hi @jhonrey

this is mostly because of no internet access.

Is the Internet of the EAP113-outdoor working?

Please also share us a screenshot of the error message page. Thanks.

  @Vincent-TP

I have the same problem. The problem is that the EAP-113 Outdoor is listed in the support list: https://www.tp-link.com/en/omada-cloud-based-controller/product-list/#b2b-smb-wifi-outdoor
So what should I do if I have bought one of these devices according to TP-Link's specifications and it doesn't work?
I feel pretty cheated....

  @hgeorge

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and suggest you return it as soon as possible and purchase an EAP110-outdoor with similar features.
We have fed back to the relevant department to update the link as soon as possible.

It's totally unacceptable to me that I have to pay even for a documentation page that is incorrectly published. I'd rather stick to Mikrotik routers...
