eap113 outdoor version 1 The device is not in the Allow list.

when adding my eap113 device to the cloud using serial number it cannot be added and show The device is not in the Allow list. please help me solve this i read the cloud compatibility and eap113 is present..

I have the same problem. The problem is that the EAP-113 Outdoor is listed in the support list: https://www.tp-link.com/en/omada-cloud-based-controller/product-list/#b2b-smb-wifi-outdoor
So what should I do if I have bought one of these devices according to TP-Link's specifications and it doesn't work?
I feel pretty cheated....
