Only wireless clients IP addresses are shown
Hi,
I have only one VLAN and one Wifi configured. When I look into the clients list, I can only see the IP addresses of the wireless components and not from all the others. Any idea why?
Thanks, Rainer

Hi @Cepheus0815
Thanks for the reply.
The switches you are using are easy-managed switches.
Currently, the clients' IP addresses will not be displayed on the client list of the Easy Managed model, because the Easy Managed switch does not collect client IP information and does not report the IP to the controller.
We are aware of this and we had feedback to the relevant teams. Thanks for your feedback.

Hi @Cepheus0815
When were you first aware of this? Are the Internet of these wired clients working correctly?
What's the model number and firmware version of the switch you are using? For better understand, please share a screenshot of the Device list of your controller.
What type of controller are you using? And what's the firmware version?

Hi @Vincent-TP,
Everything is working, they all have IP addresses, it just doesn't show them. I think it came when I start playing with VLANs. But I removed them all now. Here are the screenshots of my devices and firmware. One more thing, currently I also use two consumer tp-link Wifi router. Will replace them soon with Omada ones.

@Vincent-TP Thanks. But should not the gateway be aware of the Client IP addresses, as it is the DHCP server providing them in the first place? And is there a plan, that the easy managed ones will be able to do that in the future?
Thanks, Rainer
