Model: ER8411
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

I had to physically move my network into a new cabinet this weekend and had thought nothing of it as the network configuration wasn't changing and working perfectly. My Default Wireless network has no issues. But now, for some reason all of the other VLAN's have clients that connect but don't get an IP address. I have an have 5 total VLANs and none of clients assigned can connect wirelessly except the clients on the default network. A new device can't even connect to any of the VLAN's except default. This was all working before the physical move. Yes I've rebooted all of the devices, yes all of the devices are on the current firmware version. Yes the DHCP pools are up. I have no idea how to resolve this issue.

OC200 -> ER8411 -> TL-SG2428P -> EAP660 HD.

For anyone else having this problem

Devices -> (your) Switch - Ports - what ever port is on is a verified profile.

All of my ports were set to ALL except the one, the upload port that was set to LAN that wasn't a profile that was available.

BTW the TP-Link Omada tech support chat is very very good.

  @Phreaknes

check whether you have enabled vlan on the interfaces connected to the switch

Where is that setting at? Thinking back I might have moved the OC200 and the AP to different ports.

I'm on the site that is having issues. Settings - Wireless networks - WLAN is where I setup the VLANs but I don't see your screen shot. I didn't change any of these settings but changing the port for the AP and the OC200 might have been.

it is not a wireless network, you configure vlan here.

Ahh gotcha. You are correct. it's been a while since I stood up a VLAN. I haven't changed these settings though. The interfances that are selected are the active LAN interfaces on the router.

then you have to check the switch ports that go to the access point and router. there you must use switch port profile all

If that doesn't work then I have no more suggestions.
