Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi, after a few weeks of having all devices offline on the Omada APP and the controller software via cloud, I discovered that the network of the computer where the controller software is installed had strangely switched from private to public, thus limiting ports and connections. Once I set the network back to private, the devices came back online. This might be useful to someone.

Hi  @ChriSmileItaly

This is weird. To understand clearly about the situation, please also share with us the below info:

What's the firmware version of the software controller?

How is the controller connected with the Omada devices? You may share a screenshot of the topology.

From which page/place did you find that the controller's IP address changed from private to public?
