I recently decided to switch from a software controller to a hardware controller, so I bought a CO 200.

However, I realized too late that I received the V1.0 controller version (still with the old "TP-Link Hardware Controller" inscription instead of "TP-Link Cloud Controller" on the casing).

Apparently, for the store, everything OC200 is one and the same and they do not include information about the hardware version in the specification, and the photos suggest a different product version.

However, the milk has spilled, so I have a question whether the: Controller OC200 V1.0 updated to Firmware Version: 1.31.3 Build 20240620 Rel.80383 and to Controller version 5.14.26.23 will support EAP650 Hardware Version: V1 with Firmware Version: 1.0.15?

I read somewhere on the forum that supposedly you can upgrade OC200 V1 to firmware v1.7.0, but from what I saw on the website the latest firmware for OC200 V1 is 1.31.3 so I admit I'm a bit confused.

So I wanted to ask if in this state of affairs, my controller will see AP or do I have to replace CO200 with a different hardware version?

And how long will the OC200 V1.0 be supported?

I wouldn't like to have something that will soon be without support  because of age.
