Model: ER8411
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20230313 Rel.00673

Trying to use 2 ISP (WAN/LAN4 and WAN/LAN5) with static IP to serve on port 443.

WAN/LAN4 working fine but WAN/LAN5 not working. It takes 17 seconds to get a response when both WAN are active.

Note: WAN/LAN4 take 2 seconds and its expected.

Only configuration done is setup internet and Virtual Servers

Any help?

Thank you.

Hi @sanGg

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

How do you test it? Steps and screenshots on your verification results?

Firmware is not the latest one, get updated as well.

WAN/LAN5 which is the slower one. What's the connection type? PPPoE?

  @Clive_A

Hello,

Sorry for attaching lots of images.

Tried with WAN/LAN4, WAN/LAN5 or WAN/LAN4, WAN/LAN6.

Also tried 3 WAN/LAN with Static IP and PPPoE connection, results are same.

Work fine with single WAN/LAN.

Timeout are set to 10 secends. WAN/LAN4 not working and WAN/LAN5 not stable, getting timeout.
Both ips are responding to ping when ping to WAN are enabled.

Tried hard reset, reboot.

Running on WAN/LAN4 single wan mode working fine. Bellow image

Load balancing and Link backup are not configured. Online Detection set to ip 1.1.1.1

Have you read this or any configuration guide? I have seen a mistake in your config. I don't know why you did not do it. But please read some guides about the load balance and link backup.

And I recommend you upgrade your firmware as well which you don't seem to read that part?
