failed to add omada hardware controller. I have an omada cloud id, used for omada software controller. I bought an omada hardware controller so that the pc is not needed. How do i set up my hardware controller? do i need to make a cloud controller before adding the device? I tried adding it via tablet but it doesn't appear on the stand alone list. And when i tried using adding it online manually, it says device is offline. The lights are green on my hardware controller and also the light on my sg105e is blinking. I don't get why it says offline? I have 2 switches, sg105e and sg108e. I have 3 eap100 connected on my sg108e while my starlink router is connected on my sg105e. I tried placing my hardware controller on sg105e first then tried it on sg108e but still the same problem. pls help.
