Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

Hi.

I got a 3 sites.

Main Site A (10.1.0.0) and there are connected two branches A (192.168.10.0) and B (192.168.20.0)

All three sites are using ER7206 and in every site there is an OC200 controller.

On mains site the ER7206 is setted as Responder and both branches are setted as Initiators.

Brach sites can ping tplink devices on Main sites and the Opposite.

For example from branch B I can get to the OC200 controller of main site A (10.1.0.100) and also from Main site A I can access the OC200 controller of The branch site A as being on the same network.

I can not ping windows PCs and find them and share resources between the pcs of different sites or  for example I can not acess the DVR from Main Site A when I am at Branch site B.

It seems that I can access the webpages of the Tplink hardware and nothing else form each sites.

Why?

I want main and branch sites to be able to access all pcs and local devices between them.

Do you have all the remote subnets configured in the VPN settings?

Copy and Paste your VPN configs (mark out the sensitive data pls) so we can see the settings.

ALSO, matters on your Windows firewall settings, PING is disabled.

  @b00001

all because windows. if you can access the devices freely between brand and main, but not windows pcs, then windows dummb firewall is to blame.

i know this because I came across this not on my clients, but also on my home network.. dummy firewall. you should consult the windows community or seek help on google. it should be network firewall.
