Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Version:1.0.5 Build 20220921 Rel. 73357

Hi

 

after setup eap620 hd on vlan11. omada controller can detect and i can even go into management portal on my pc vlan27. even discovery utility can detect.

 

after adopt into omada controller 5.9, it show connected. after several minutes. EAP disconnected. SSID not showing on wireless. i cant even ping it.

 

please advise.

Seems that i able to connected to vlan environment for my eap on qnap docker container.

i am using fortigate 80E as my firewall and router for vlan on lacp mode.

dell powerconnect switch 5448.

this is my first time using omada controller. 

1. reset eap

2. configure fallback ip using vlan ip you are using, ex: mine using vlan 11

3. switch need to be on mode switchport access vlan 

4. omada controller will detect your eap.
