Chromecast not discoverable in a fresh made VLAN TL-SG2428P 4.0?
Hello all,
Ive recently changed over my Chromecasts to another VLAN.
Now, im not able to discover them anymore.
My setup:
Modem > ER605 > TL-SG2428P > 2 ubiquiti AP's > Chromecasts on VLAN 6, and devices on VLAN 5.
VLANS are configured so that VLAN5 CAN access VLAN6, but VLAN6 could not access VLAN5.
Thanks in advance for the support!

i'd say that could be the protocol issues. is this vlan interface + acl setup from tp-link guide?
what kind of protocol does it use? how do you expect it to work? is there a problem with other devices' discovery?
you probably should think about the mdns(maybe)
probably that's the mdns issue. not vlan nor acl.

At first thanks for the reply,
Im also thinking about the mdns, yet do you know if its possible in the TL-SG2428P to allow mdns / multicast requests over other VLANS?
Thanks in advance!

I dont have an mDNS function on the ER605. Sidenote: Its not configured yet in a SDN controller.
