Hello. i have followed tp-links advice to unbind the account from the local controller and link it back again to the new one.

after unlinking the old account. the controller kicked me out of the system. when i tried to log back into the device. it said wrong username and password .

the old account credentials were the account E-mail and password. now since tat account has been unbind i cannot login with it anymore. the user name and password for the local devices also doesnt work on the controller. and the controllers cloud lights dont light up anymore. even if i wait for hours.

now im stuck in this situation and it has too much configuration inside to reset. anyone had the same issue and has a solution ?

Thank you so much

I found the solution.

when you first open the account. you put the local admin name , email and password.

when you unbind the Email. you cannot use the local Email anymore . you have to use the Local admin username.

you also cannot use the username and password you programmed for all the devices.
