Model: EAP225-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.1.0

I have connected an EAP-225 outdoor device through my OC200 which was adopted and shows connected (see picture), however for some reason cannot connect to the EAP-225 outdoor when outside so do not understand. Is this because all my other EAPS are 115 models and those do not work together with the EAP-225 outdoor?

If someone can help me would be very happy

Thanks for the information, I now created a "test" SSID and it is working. Still not sure why but I can rename it to "GARDEN" SSID and connect to it when outside

Did you apply a valid wifi profile to the new 225-outdoor?  Do you see stats from the EAP225 in the Devices tab of your controller?

Here is a happy 225-outdoor:

@d0ugmac1 see below the picture of the outdoor EAP conected, used the same profile as the other EAP115 devices are using.

Ok, well your controller is happily talking to the CPU in the AP, so it's alive and well at some level.  I assume the issue is there are no Clients attaching to the AP?  Are there any logs (check the Events, not Alerts) showing failed attempts to attach to that AP?  If you create a 'test' SSID profile and only apply it to that AP, can you see it with your mobile device, can you attach to it?  What subnet are your wifi users getting assigned to if the devices are in the 192.168.42.0/24 subnet?
