How have you wired this up physically?
As you have no switch is everything (OC200 and EAP) plugged into the ISP router, or are you running the cables from the LAN port on the OC200 to the EAP?
Going through an ISP router can sometimes cause this issue you are seeing. Routers are not specifically designed for LAN (local network) traffic, this is the job of a switch. Routers tend to have higher latency (slowness, delays) vs switches so can sometimes cause APs to miss packets and appear OFFLINE. This generally doesnt happen so much on switches, only ISP routers.
You may find a cheap 4 port switch (POE advised) may be your best option. Connect one port to the ISP router, another to the OC200 and 3rd to the EAP

ive got a controller OC20 V2, and EAP225 Outdoor.... idont have switch, im just using the adaptor of EAP to connect them
