this is yet another post on hardware versions on this switch.

 

Today I received 10x V2 from a vendor despite V5 being available. Is there any difference in support length? What are the disadvantages of staying with V2?

At the moment I am planning to send the V2 back. It seems V2 was released in mid 2021 whereas V5 just now in 2023.

 

From the specs, V3 and V2 seem to be the most energy efficient, which is good.

Any specs on the loud fans (even though I don't really care about the noise)

 

These are the differences I spotted in the versions:
