Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20220106 Rel.56391

I have a new ER605 configured to fail over to secondary wan when primary is offline.

My Primary ISP is spectrum cable and I have a netgear LM1200 cellular modem (ethernet) as WAN1 (secondary)

Seems to be pretty easily reproducable, but when I reboot my router, everything reboots as normal, both WAN links show ONLINE, but speedtests reveal that I am connected through AT&T (cellular) and only receiving 20Mbps down.  If I disconnect my secondary in the GUI, spectrum will work until the secondary is reconnected.  I have to physically unplug my LTE modem and power cycle before it will fix the priority issue

Your response gave me something to look into. Apparently I have to select 'enable load balance'

You would think the UI would warn me of this since I have 2 Wans AND configured failover rules. Probably an opportunity for improvement here

Are you managing this with a controller?
How exactly is it set up? Can you provide a screenshot to show this?
Normally, if you set it correctly, one WAN should be offline.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm sorry that I did not include more details. I do not have a controller, I'm simply managing everything through the router's web interface

I have the backup link tab configured to fail over to the secondary wan when the primary wan shows offline. I'm attaching a screenshot of that. In the 'online detection' tab, I have them both set to automatic, and they both show online
