DualWAN router - Route content through specific ISPs based on URL or content type

I recently setup an ER7206 in the shop a month ago, which allows us to use two ISPs (one uses Dyamic IP and the other is PPPOe). After fiddling around with the setting, I'm none the wiser.
How do I route specific content to one ISP based on URL or content type? For example, if I want to do something like this, how do I go about it?
| Video Content except YouTube | ISP1 on WAN1 |
| YouTube | ISP2 on WAN2 |
| Office (we have a dedicated intranet) | ISP1 on WAN1 |
