Limit bandwidth for a specific IP

I have the following Omada system.
ER7207
switches
TL-SG3428XMP v1.0
and 3 APs.
Wireless clients can very practically throttle in bandwidth. Unfortunately, it is not so easy with individual PCs that are connected to the switch.
Can I assign a defined bandwidth to an IP (PC) address? In the bandwidth control mask, only IP masks (that is, entire areas or networks) are possible.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Use IP Group then. e.g. 192.168.0.100/32 means the single IP address is effective. You should bind the IP and MAC address together. Or set a static IP to that computer.
