Connect 2 network with wan port - nat problem?

pc1 can connect to 192.168.50.2 but not 192.168.100.1 even with all traffic enabled in access control..i can t figure how translate all traffic that reach 192.168.50.2 to 192.168.100.x
i made a static route in each router that use the opposite router as next hop..
can somebody help me?
