I understand basic VLAN configuration, but with what I want to do I'm a bit lost, could you please help?

I want to setup a VLAN with my TL-SG105E that can communicate with the internet but that cannot communicate with other VLAN's or unconfigured ports.

Is that possible with this model? I did a standard VLAN, changed it on the network card of the computer, it works but can communicate with the rest.

Does it have to do with the PVID? I tried with this, but the moment I activate it I loose all connectivity locally or outside.
