Triple WAN Failover Settings
Triple WAN Failover Settings
Hi,
I'm sure this is a basic question - but has me stumped.
I have 3 wans. I only want one active at any time.
I want WAN 1 active. If it fails, traffic switches to WAN 2. If that fails and WAN 1 is also down, traffic switches to WAN 3.
Similarly, if WAN 1 comes back to life, traffic is switched back to WAN 1. If WAN 2 comes back to life, traffic is switched to that (presuming WAN 1 is still down).
How do I do that?
Hope that makes sense!

Checked again your firmware. Update that to the latest.
And, set PW as WAN1 and WAN2, backup WAN3. All primary fail, switch to backup.
Then, set up Policy Routing and set the WAN port as WAN1, Mode Priority. This way, WAN1 is online, all traffic will be forwarded through WAN1.(See the manual). WAN1 is down, WAN2 is up.(Because of the LINK BACKUP). If 1 AND 2 are down at the same time, WAN3 will be used.
This seems to be the only solution now.
