Hi All,

I am trying to establish a connection from my MacOS PC to my company router.

I had setup IPSec server on my company router end.

Upon trying to initiate the connection, the error message from the PC show "Negotiation with VPN Server failed. Verify the server address and try reconnecting" while the error message from the system log in the router show "WAN1: Phase 1 of IKE negotiation failed. (Peers=company router IP<->my router IP, Error=24).

The configuration on router end:

On PC end, the input as shown below:

Server address : <company router IP>

Account name: ding

Password: <4 digits/letter>

Authentication settings:

Shared Secret: <same as pre-shared key>

Can anyone suggest where could it go wrong?
