I m trying to create a voice vlan for a static ip using the omada controler but the guide in the site can't help me because  I can't find a QOS tab in the controler pages.

Till this point I have done the following:

Created a vlan called SIP

Enabled the vlan using the config tab of the switch

Changed the port 7 to SIP VLAN

And entered the port profile to do there changes

1. First of all the port profice doesn't save anything. Each time I enter it shows the default settings

2. Do I need to port forward the data from 1.20 ( the phone) to Wan1 Which is the providers Wan?

3. Do I need to do anything else?

I can\t find a QoS tab anywhere or the UOI config page that shows in the guide.

Thanks for your time.

@NikosK

The QoS is configured automatically, see popup information below.

I make these changes to the Vlan profile in order to make it tagged and enable LLDP MED. The problem is that the controler doesn't keep the changes. If I reenter the profile everything is reset to default. Any ideas?

Did you create a new port profile? You can't edit the profile that is automatically generated when you create the network.

Yes, the SIP port profile is new and assigned to the port 7 as you can see from the pictures I posted. Port 1 is used to connect to the router. All other ports than 7 are in the All default profile

@NikosK

Your screen shot would show "edit profile" at the top if it was a new profile you created. You are trying to edit the profile the system automatically created from the SIP "network". That is why it won't save the profile changes.
