Model: SG2210MP
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1_20210407

Hi,

Using OC200 / 4.4.4

When try to upgrade the switch to version V1_1.0.2_20210806 it fails and says , its a invalid file.

Also running TR-605 and 3x EAP245, no issues to upgrade to the latest firmware versions by the OC200.

Restart everything nothing helps still saying is invalid.

Regards,

@Toppy

You can see the note on the official website: Please upgrade the switch to the middle firmware Build 20210407 first before upgrading to this firmware or later one.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-sg2210mp/v1/#Firmware

What is the current fw version of the switch?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
