Basic troubleshooting - EAP235-wall not lighting up

I am deploying a new network with Omada APs. I bought one EAP235 wall ap, one eap225 outdoor ap, and the tl-r605 router.
Upon receiving the hardware, I proceeded to plug the eap225 outdoor injector to the eap235 wall "PoE in" socket (in the back), and it did not start. None of the lights flash and no wifi networks appear.
If I use the injector with the eap225 outdoor ap, it starts instantly, and the Omada mobile app sees it properly. The injector is good, then.
From the specs, the injector is the right standard to power the EAP235. Can it provide enough power for both AP's?
How do I troubleshoot this?

There might be some misunderstanding of the supported power supply.
From the specs below, you may notice that the EAP235-Wall only supports 802.3af/802.3at PoE,

While the EAP225-Outdoor supports both 802.3af/802.3at PoE and 24V Passive PoE, and the provided PoE adapter for the EAP225-Outdoor is actually 24V Passive PoE, which cannot power up the EAP235-Wall.

For the EAP235-Wall, you may purchase a PoE switch or the PoE injector TL-PoE150s to supply power.
