Model: TL-R480T+

Hardware Version: V9

Firmware Version: 9.0.3

I think I am missing something as I have previously been able to configure th Wan settings

I have Factory reset the router and I am now unable to access the Wan configuration pages to setup the Wan.

the user guide says got to Network Wan Wan but I don't have the second Wan option to then get to the Configure the Dynamic IP

I have reverted back to an earlier version on the firmware 9.0.1 and I have had a look at the emulator

But the wan configuration tabs for Wan1 and Wan2 don't show

Eventually found the issue "Chrome"

Changed to Edge and the tabs appear
