Omada Controller - N/A/AC and disable G
Hi Guys,
When i had my EAP245 as standalone AP, i was able to set the Wireless mode to N/A/AC and not select G. However I can't seem to find the option on the Omada Controller after importing both of my AP's.
Let me know if there's a trick to it.
Thanks
Vithy

Hey
I had the same query myself and worked out how to accomplish this using the Data Rate Limits under the Wireless Network setup.
If you enable 802.11 Rate Control and move the sliders to higher density it will fundamentally disable / restrict slower (A/B/G) devices from connecting. Do this for the 2,4 / 5GHZ as required
Appeared to work for me, but yes totally agree it would be easier to just have a selection for A/B/G/N/AC support when running via the controller!
Hope this helps

Phil, Thank you. I just made the changes on the controller. I will do some tests tomorrow and see if that improves the network.
Thanks again
