No idea how "strong" your WAN WLAN is, but the CPE210's WLAN signal is 20dBm in the EU region, limited only by regulatory provisions. However, if you want to cover a local area with WLAN, you should use an outdoor AP with omnidirectional antennas such as EAP110-Outdoor or EAP225-Outdoor or WBS210 with TL-ANT2410MO, not a device such as the CPE210, which is designed for long-range directional links (except you really know what you do and are aware of the narrow area which can be covered using directional antennas).
