I have 2 SG3424 switches in my environment. I can no longer access the web management interfaces. The pages will not load the menus. I can access the web management login screen, but once logged in it is basically a white screen with no menu options. I have tried IE 11, 10, Firefox and Chrome, I also tried multiple computers and nothing.

Did you try a Linux or MacOS (UNIX) system already? Windows is known to sometimes display a blank page only for the web UI of TP-Link switches. With Linux and MacOS I never had this kind of problem neither with Firefox, Chrome or Safari browsers.
